Refund & Replacement Policy

As we deal with multiple product categories including electronics, clothing, home & kitchen items, accessories, toys, and products sourced through third-party suppliers, we maintain a strict Refund & Replacement Policy to ensure fair usage and smooth operations.

1. No Return / No Exchange Policy

All products sold on Memu.in are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product selection by customer

  • Size or color preference issues

  • Minor variations in packaging/design

  • Delay caused by courier/logistics partners

  • Products without manufacturer warranty (unless explicitly mentioned)

2. Replacement Eligibility

Replacement is applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong item received

No replacement or refund will be provided for any other reason.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a replacement, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video recorded from the beginning of package opening

  • Video must be continuous without cuts or edits

  • The shipping label and package must be clearly visible

Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Reporting Time Limit

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after 24 hours from delivery time may not be considered eligible for replacement.

5. Replacement Process

After verification of the issue and proof submitted:

  • A replacement product may be shipped if approved

  • Replacement approval is subject to internal verification

Memu.in reserves the right to reject claims found suspicious, incomplete, fraudulent, or unsupported by valid proof.

6. Refund Policy

Memu.in does not provide refunds.

Only replacement of eligible products may be offered in approved cases.

7. Product Disclaimer

Product images, colors, packaging, specifications, and accessories shown on the website are for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly depending on supplier updates, lighting conditions, screen settings, or manufacturing changes.

8. Electronics & Accessories Disclaimer

Certain electronic products, gadgets, accessories, and imported items may not include manufacturer warranty or guarantee unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.

Customers are advised to read product descriptions carefully before placing orders.

9. Right to Refuse Claims

Memu.in reserves the right to refuse replacement requests in cases involving:

  • Missing unboxing proof

  • Physical damage caused after delivery

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Fake or manipulated evidence

  • Requests violating the above policy
