What is memu.in?

memu.in is a print-on-demand platform where you can customize products like t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, and more with your own designs.

How do I customize a product?

Simply:

  • Choose your product
  • Upload your design (PNG without background recommended)
  • Place your order

We will print and deliver it to you.

What if I can’t upload my design?

No problem!
You can email your design to info.memu.in@gmail.com along with your Order ID and details within 2 hours of placing the order.

What file format should I upload?

We recommend:

  • PNG format
  • Transparent background (for best results)

What happens if I don’t send my design within 2 hours?


Your order may be delayed or processed at our discretion.

What payment options are available?

All customized products are prepaid only.

How long does delivery take?

Processing time: 2–5 business days

Delivery time: 5–10 business days

Can I return or exchange my order?

No. All products are custom-made and not eligible for return or exchange.

When can I get a refund or replacement?

Only in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

Do I need proof for damaged products?

Yes. A continuous unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory to claim any issue.

Why does the product look slightly different from images?

Images are for illustration purposes. Slight variations in color or print placement may occur.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

No. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Can I upload any design?

You must ensure your design does not violate any copyright or trademark laws.
